What is the time frame in which my order will be processed?


All orders are processed within 7-20 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


NOTE: Items on pre-order will take up to 7-20 days to ship. The exact time frame will be written in the product description, and frequent updates will be posted on social media. 


How are the shipping charges organized?


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you. 


Order Delays:


Please note that shipping delays may occur due to various circumstances. During holidays, our shipping partners experience high-volume shipping orders, reducing transit speed. A high number of pre-order items may also cause delays. 
Once packages reach our shipping partners, we no longer has control, nor is responsible for any delays or similar circumstances that may happen during this time. If an order is lost within that process, please contact us.
